1. Business Overview
Plus Diabetics is owned, operated, and managed by NBA Capital Group LLC. NBA Capital Group LLC DBA Plus Diabetics. Plus Diabetics is a private company that purchases unopened, unused diabetic supplies from individuals who have extra inventory they no longer need. We help reduce medical waste and provide compensation for eligible items.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to sell the diabetic products in your possession.
All items must be:
-Unopened and in their original packaging Not expired (must have at least 6+ months before expiration)
-Acquired legally and intended for personal use only
By submitting your phone number through our website or lead form, you consent to receive SMS messages from Plus Diabetics related to offers, shipping instructions, follow-ups, or service updates.
You will receive no more than 4 messages per week. You may opt out anytime by replying STOP to any message. To get help, reply HELP or contact us at (877) 652-0225.
Your phone number will never be sold or shared with third parties outside of our trusted service providers.
We are compliant with A2P 10DLC regulations, and our messages are sent only to users who have explicitly opted in.
Once you agree to sell your products:
You will be provided a free prepaid shipping label or local pickup instructions. We inspect all received products for quality, expiration, and eligibility.Items that do not meet our standards will not be compensated and will be responsibly discarded unless otherwise requested.
Upon receiving and inspecting your products, we will issue payment within 1–3 business days via your selected method (check, PayPal, Cash App, Zelle, etc.).
You agree not to send:
Expired or opened items Broken/damaged packaging Medications, test strips, or equipment acquired through insurance fraud or government-funded programs (e.g., Medicaid/Medicare). You will not be paid for sending these items, and Plus Diabetics is not responsible for returning items that fall within these classifications.
We take your privacy seriously. Information submitted through our forms or SMS is securely stored and only used for communication, verification, and service fulfillment. For more, see our Privacy Policy.
Plus Diabetics reserves the right to refuse any shipment or transaction that violates these terms, appears suspicious, or falls outside our product acceptance guidelines.
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
